Systematization of Serbian Association for Recreation and Fitness is also reflected in activities at labor exchange. The Association treats unemployment by giving employment to potential staff and it also educates (students) in clubs of the Association; ultimate outcome of a detailed undertaking and the imperative that the Association owes to itself and to others is a need for making a unique expert list that would damask inadequate skill syndrome. Relating to that, alliance and cooperation with the Faculty for Sport and Physical Education is inevitable and organization of educational gatherings and expert counseling. After successful cooperation and mutual benefit, SARF plans to introduce a reference i.e. recommendation for hiring individuals from the exchange in some of the clubs. Final version should also be fruitful for clubs of SARF – in terms of expert competence of staff that take an honorable place in the hierarchy of categorization criteria. |
